We have some new products!!

We are now selling our stuffed range of olives in a 3kg light brine – ready to eat! We have also created some new house mixes. Check out our product list for details.

New Fresh Marinated Olives!

We have been busy developing our premises here in Bristol so that we can produce our own fresh marinated olives. We are moving to a bag concept and discontinuing the buckets. There will be 2 x 1.5kg bags per box.This has many benefits:

• Less oil = less waste product. The olives are packed in a protective atmosphere instead.
• The oil will not solidify – The use of a blend of E.V.O oil and cold pressed sunflower oil stops the oil solidifying in display fridges and therefore improves the appearance of the olives making them look more glossy and attractive.
• Fresher Product – As we are now producing our olives ourselves to demand, the product is much fresher and there is no need for any preservatives. The olives still have a 3 month shelf life and are a higher quality product.
• Less breakages – The new packaging is be more robust, where the buckets were brittle and sometimes would crack, the bags are much stronger.
• Lower Environmental Impact – The energy and raw materials used to produce the bags is much lower than for the buckets. There is also less waste product.
